We bought gadzooks of delicious frozen seafood to eat this week ^_^. Shrimpies and squidsies and nomsies galore.
So we don’t have an order picked out yet but here is the menu (in no particular order)
Stuffed Calamari in Tomato Sauce
I have never had stuffed calamari but it seems like it should be much like manicotti or stuffed shells…except squid stuffed with more squid because the squid tentacles go back on the inside with the breading filling stuff.
Citrus and Spicy Grilled Calamari (minus the grilled)

yeah we don’t have a grill. not even sure we’re allowed to have a grill. But MOAR SQUID!
this was on my list of soups I wanted to make last week I beileve. And it shall be made!
As a follow up this soup was absolutely fantastic! It was nice and creamy and full of vegetables. I only used 2 cups of onion instead of 3 since I was using leftover onion from previous meals.
Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
For some reason there is no sriracha in this recipe but we are going to use it anyways. Every time I’ve made bang bang chicken or shrimp it involved breading the food and covering it with a sriracha mayo sauce afterwards. We made shrimp/fish tacos a couple of weeks ago but Graham wanted to try a different recipe.
Slow Cooker Clam Chowder
another soup that was on my list of soups to make. I was going to wait longer on this but Graham found the recipe card hanging out on the coffee table and was like “yes please” so one day I will throw this in the crock pot. oms.
And then we’re also making some dip!
I have never had baba ganoush but I love eggplant and this just sounds amazing.
Reeses Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies
It’s not that I’m trying to get fat or anything but I like having cookies in the house and Graham ate the rest of the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and the chocolate chip oatmeal muffins.
In addition to these planned main things we also have alot of veggies to cook. We have flower mushrooms and kale and potatoes and I think another vegetable of some sort. Also plantains which make a yummy side dish with dinner as well.
